Quick LA trip report:

-W in Westwood: great 3 room suite for families, great location, still feels cool though service frayed.

-afternoon in Malibu: beach, shopping at ‘future of retail’ mall called Malibu Country Mart, and dinner at Nobu Malibu

-Getty: always worth the 2-3 hours - had forgotten just how incredible architecture and garden design are.

-Montage at Laguna: location and great attention to kids (smart), Ok design.

-12 rush hour, every drive is 60 mins
